TPA Casualty Transportation Adjuster

What you will do

• Establish contact with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other parties to gather loss facts.
• Review policies and documentation to confirm coverage and identify coverage issues.
• Investigate and determine liability for third-party claims, including bodily injury and property damage.
• Document damages, coordinate inspections and field assignments, and estimate losses.
• Handle, negotiate, and settle assigned bodily injury, property damage, and litigated claims.
• Maintain claim files, correspondence, diaries, and compliance with client guidelines.

Requirements

• At least four years of bodily injury claims experience.
• Experience as a casualty adjuster and a multi-line adjuster's license.
• Knowledge of liability, coverage, bodily injury, and medical review.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software, including the ability to type reports and correspondence.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently, work with sensitive information, and meet established deadlines.
