PRN Nurse Practitioner - Fort Morgan, CO

Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado, United States; onsite practice at a health center.

Salary: $57.00–$72.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, routine wellness visits, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
• Educate patients and support personalized care plans.
• Practice autonomously while using clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice authority is strongly preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
