Full Stack Associate Software Engineer (Georgia Tech Only)

Location: Miami, United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to be based in Miami.

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 base salary per year, plus equity eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack features across React and TypeScript/Node.js.
• Own feature layers including migrations, APIs, interfaces, and tests, with increasing independence.
• Use AI coding agents and take full responsibility for reviewing and explaining their output.
• Write tests across the stack and treat verification as part of shipping.
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews, including reviewing other engineers' work.
• Build healthcare features that handle protected health information with authentication, authorization, and audit logging.

Requirements

• Graduation with a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Eligibility for the Georgia Tech-only associate engineering opportunity.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and comfort with React or Node.js.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and the flow from a web request to a database query.
• Experience building independent projects, hackathon work, open-source contributions, or products with real users.
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to be based in Miami.

Nice to have

• Production experience from an internship or co-op.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Express, typed API layers, Jest, Vitest, or Playwright.
• Experience building LLM or agent tools, harnesses, evaluations, or agents.
• Exposure to AWS or another cloud provider.
• Curiosity about FHIR, HL7, DICOM, accessibility, or internationalization.
