Full-Stack Engineering Internship (AI)

What you will do

• Build, test, improve, and maintain software supporting the product.
• Work across user-facing experiences, application services, APIs, and backend systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teammates to understand problems and develop useful solutions.
• Follow the engineering workflow, including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review.
• Explore AI-enabled tools and agent-based capabilities for software and product experiences.
• Take ownership of well-scoped work, communicate progress, and seek context or support when needed.

Requirements

• Foundation in software engineering and experience with at least one programming language.
• Interest in building software and solving practical problems.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Columbus, Ohio, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience beyond coursework, such as an internship, hackathon, side project, or extracurricular project.
• Interest in JavaScript, AI, or agent-based applications.
