AML Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Remote in the Continental United States or Canada

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 USD per year

Online casino and sports betting operator running real-money gaming brands across online, social, and land-based gaming.

What you will do

• Monitor transactions and investigate potential money laundering, suspicious activity, and other financial crimes.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and open-source intelligence research.
• Oversee AML monitoring and regulatory reporting for assigned jurisdictions.
• Prepare suspicious activity narratives, SARs, and other regulatory filings.
• Review filed SARs, identify suspicious behavior patterns, and support risk assessments for new markets.
• Support regulatory audits, AML compliance training, and adherence to the company AML Compliance Program.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of AML or compliance experience, preferably in iGaming or casino.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze large volumes of data.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver work on time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain jurisdictional gaming licenses as required.

Nice to have

• CAMS, CFE, or GAMS certification.
• Experience with online casino, sports betting, or retail gaming operations.
