Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist (Spanish)

Location: On site in North Denver, Colorado, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturdays.

Salary: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored loan solutions throughout the application and loan life cycle.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while meeting individual and branch goals.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Explain loan terms and optional insurance products clearly so customers understand their choices.
• Multitask, adapt to changing demands, and deliver timely customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on site in North Denver.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.
• Goal-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple customer and operational demands.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
