Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Associate Director (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid in New York City or San Francisco, with in-person work in local offices and on client sites; local or out-of-state travel may be required.

Salary: $163,000–$278,000 annually, plus a 16% bonus target. Estimated total cash: $189,080–$322,480.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced engagements and lead architecture and design for complex enterprise implementations.
• Design end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions covering product catalogs, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, billing, and revenue operations.
• Advise clients, lead discovery sessions and architecture workshops, and guide technical solutions, integrations, deployments, and escalations.
• Develop client relationships, identify new opportunities, create proposals, and support business development and thought leadership.
• Mentor Salesforce architects, developers, consultants, and engagement teams while overseeing project delivery, resource planning, and career development.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in professional services or industry, including 5+ years in enterprise technology, CRM, ERP, Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce consulting, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce architecture and complex enterprise implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, APIs, integrations, data architecture, security frameworks, development patterns, and technical governance.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced or Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Order Management, Revenue Lifecycle Management, or adjacent Quote-to-Cash platforms.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MuleSoft, tax engines, payment platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; Salesforce professional certification is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Technical Architect, or Revenue Cloud certification.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple systems, business units, and stakeholder groups.
