Entry Level Chemist (Pharmaceutical Analysis)

What you will do

• Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished pharmaceutical products.
• Operate chromatographic, spectroscopic, titration, dissolution, and other laboratory instruments with minimal supervision.
• Prepare standards and samples for analysis and support sample preparation activities.
• Set up and validate new analytical processes and execute method transfer protocols.
• Document laboratory work in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, a related discipline, or equivalent directly related experience.
• Indefinite authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship is required.
• Applicants currently living in or within commuting distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are preferred.
• Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday first shift from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
