Radiology Tech (Full Time with Benefits and PTO) Lakeland, FL

Location: Lakeland, Florida, United States; onsite medical clinic

Salary: $25.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support the onsite provider with patient intake, clinic workflow, scheduling, and outside referrals.
• Perform X-ray imaging, EKG testing, injections, phlebotomy services, and TB skin tests as directed.
• Prepare examination rooms, explain procedures, and position and monitor patients during imaging exams.
• Maintain EMR records, site paperwork, patient confidentiality, quality-improvement logs, and X-ray service codes.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain radiology equipment, inventories, and supplies.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology training program and radiology technician certification.
• Associate degree plus at least two years of radiology technician experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform radiologic imaging and clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, supportive approach to patient care.

Nice to have

• Experience working in primary care.
• Phlebotomy experience.
