Domain Risk Lead (Banking & Commercial Lending)

What you will do

• Own and govern the domain risk management framework within enterprise risk appetite and business objectives.
• Maintain the technology and data risk register and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead risk incident oversight, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and remediation tracking.
• Evaluate control design and effectiveness across enterprise technology and data environments.
• Lead annual technology risk assessments and ensure actionable, risk-based outcomes.
• Prepare executive risk reporting and advise senior stakeholders on risks, findings, trends, and remediation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in BA or BS.
• 7+ years of experience in IT risk management, audit, or cybersecurity.
• Experience managing risk for enterprise technology and data, including operational risk, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, FFIEC, GLBA, ITGCs, application controls, release management, and CI/CD.
• Experience implementing or using GRC systems and familiarity with encryption, access control, monitoring, control design, and testing.
• Must have United States work authorization and must not require visa or employment sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master's or graduate degree.
• 10+ years of experience in IT risk management, audit, or cybersecurity.
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification.
• Experience with Archer GRC or controls related to AI or cloud technology.
