Director, Communications Business Partner, Design & Manufacturing

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA

Salary: $157,000–$281,930 base salary per year for U.S.-based roles, with potential bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute integrated communications strategies for the Design & Manufacturing product group.
• Advise senior executives and develop messaging, speeches, presentations, keynotes, investor-facing content, and Board materials.
• Build thought leadership platforms and lead strategic speaking opportunities for business leaders.
• Lead media relations, analyst and influencer engagement, product launch communications, and customer storytelling.
• Develop internal communications that align teams across a global, matrixed organization.
• Lead and develop a communications team or agency partners while managing budgets, resources, workflows, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives.
• Experience leading integrated communications strategies, teams, or agencies.
• Strong media relations experience and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in San Francisco, California, USA; in-person onboarding or identity verification may be required.
