Senior Bioanalytical Scientist

Location: Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA

Salary: $116,600–$177,800 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary or non-discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as a Bioanalytical Principal Investigator for sample analysis studies and analytical method validations.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate analytical schedules with laboratory management.
• Provide technical guidance to bioanalytical testing staff and other project team members.
• Interact with customers to ensure studies are managed under the appropriate regulatory scope.
• Review study data and conduct applicable data analysis for project requirements.
• Directly supervise the work of others.

Requirements

• Experience and qualifications in bioanalytical science and laboratory study execution.
• Knowledge of sample analysis studies and analytical method validation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and analytical schedules.
• Ability to review and analyze study data within the applicable regulatory scope.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and supervise staff.
• Work eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
