Senior Scientist (Bioanalytical)

Salary: $126,354.20–$170,949.80 annual

What you will do

• Design, lead, and execute experiments for quantitative bioanalytical method development, validation, and production.
• Support the full bioanalytical method lifecycle from drug development through clinical trial support.
• Collaborate with protein therapeutics, medicinal chemistry, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, clinical pharmacology, and regulatory affairs teams.
• Optimize study protocols, review experiments, and author bioanalytical reports.
• Improve methods, lead troubleshooting activities, and ensure analytical quality.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master’s degree with 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or scientific experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in immunology, immunochemistry, biochemistry, cell biology, or a related discipline.
• Experience with ligand binding assays and knowledge of GxP regulations and bioanalytical requirements in drug development.
• Ability to work independently, apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and communicate scientific concepts clearly.
• Strong collaboration, verbal communication, and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of laboratory experience.
• Experience with biosimilars, oligonucleotides, or antibody-drug conjugates.
• Experience with automated liquid handlers such as Tecan or Hamilton.
• Bioanalytical Principal Investigator experience or functional equivalency.
• Supervisory experience.
