Data Analytics & Programs Intern - Summer 2027

What you will do

• Analyze operational and customer feedback data to identify trends, recurring themes, and customer friction.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations about priorities and areas of focus.
• Build reporting and dashboards that show team performance and customer signals.
• Create briefs, templates, enablement materials, and internal documentation.
• Track milestones, gather stakeholder input, and support active programs and initiatives.
• Present findings and completed deliverables to Center of Expertise leadership.

Requirements

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree, or a graduate student at an accredited college or university.
• Preferred fields include Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and communication skills, including the ability to turn data into a clear narrative.
• Comfort working with large, unstructured, or imperfect datasets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to a data visualization or business intelligence tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience creating written or visual content through coursework, campus organizations, or a previous internship.
