Senior QA Specialist (Mobile Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead quality execution for complex features and releases in Pet Rescue Saga.
• Translate product and quality goals into test strategies, risk-based approaches, and release plans.
• Own quality from early development through release and live monitoring, including risk, dependency, and quality-criteria management.
• Drive testability through design and implementation discussions and improve the team's Definition of Done.
• Use production insights, test evidence, logs, and quality indicators for defect investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor QA Specialists and improve testing practices, collaboration, and QA standards across the Catalog Games team.

Requirements

• Strong experience in mobile game testing, software development life cycle, live operations, release validation, and production monitoring.
• Strong exploratory testing, risk analysis, test design, and defect investigation skills.
• Experience testing complex systems and integrations, including API, integration, component, and end-to-end testing.
• Worhirify.global knowledge of test automation, CI/CD pipelines, build processes, crash logs, and quality monitoring.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or equivalent tools.
• Fluent English, strong communication, independent decision-mahirify.global, ownership, and mentoring skills.
