What you will do
- Ensure the quality and user experience of feature and content releases within the Monopoly GO! pod.
- Plan, maintain, and execute comprehensive test suites and test cases from concept through post-release support.
- Perform hands-on testing, review briefs and design documents, and promote a shift-left approach to quality.
- Maintain prioritized bug reports, facilitate pod playtests, and investigate live issues with Customer Support and Live & Release teams.
- Support AI-driven QA initiatives, monitor crash and ANR rates, and identify actions to improve app health.
- Onboard external QA resources and collaborate with developers on scope changes and cross-functional quality impacts.
Requirements
- Strong communication, reporting, negotiation, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work proactively in an agile environment, manage multiple high-profile releases, and meet strict deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of Jira or similar bug-tracking systems.
- Experience with mobile products and understanding of Apple and Google submission protocols.
- Sound understanding of the gaming industry and end-to-end game development lifecycle.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance quality needs with business priorities.
