QA Analyst (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week at Here East, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E15 2GW

What you will do

• Implement and iterate on test plans and scripts for assigned product areas.
• Execute exploratory and destructive testing and identify defects.
• Assess issue severity and produce test progress reports highlighting risks and concerns.
• Provide early and frequent testing feedback to support bug prevention.
• Investigate player-reported issues with Customer Service and stakeholders and help prioritize fixes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of QA experience; games industry experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with development teams and external partners.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, curiosity, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to attend the London studio 2–3 days per week under the hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• Relevant games industry education or practical experience in game or UI/UX design, art, or animation.
• Knowledge of Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, streaming platforms, iOS, or Android.
• QA certification such as ISTQB or ASTQB.
• Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, automation, and testing tools.
