Manager, Advanced Analytics - Seller Performance (Ecommerce)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; primary work location at 1601 SE 10th St. A salary band is also listed for Sunnyvale, California.

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000 in Bentonville; $104,000–$202,000 in Sunnyvale. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Lead analytics for marketplace seller operational risk across onboarding, monitoring, enforcement, and reinstatement.
• Define measurement, experimentation, forecasting, performance strategies, and KPI frameworks.
• Deliver executive reporting, anomaly detection, deep-dive analysis, and business tradeoff assessments.
• Build reusable SQL and Python assets, metric layers, and data marts.
• Partner with Data Science on predictive risk models, validation, drift monitoring, bias checks, and threshold optimization.
• Apply experimentation and causal inference to evaluate controls and guide product and policy decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field plus 2 years of data analytics experience, or 4 years of data analytics experience.
• Advanced analytics expertise and strong business acumen.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic decision-making skills, integrity, and commitment to ethical standards.

Nice to have

• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.
