Project Manager (Automation)

Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site at the Sumare Offices (São Paulo, Brazil) at least four days a week.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects focused on process automation and digital innovation.
• Manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and act as a servant leader to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to ensure measurable business value.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technology, automation, or software delivery.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and PM tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to understand system architecture, integration points, and data flows.
• Must be able to work on-site in Sumare, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with software development environments, GitHub, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, API integrations, and Generative AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, data visualization, and UI/UX design principles.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
