Project Manager: Clinical Research, PCS

What you will do

• Manage operational licensing and electronic implementation of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) for clinical trials from study initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate external vendors, study project managers, legal reviews, approvals, and internal project resources.
• Create and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, invoicing, and financial reports.
• Monitor COA licensing business performance, including sales, revenue, and staff allocation.
• Negotiate licensing costs and contracts and maintain internal licensing databases and project plans.
• Support proposal development and sales presentations while ensuring compliance with processes, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, another scientific discipline, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in clinical research, medical affairs, vendor management, or a related scientific role.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a similar client-facing position.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development process.
• Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, software, and MS Office skills, with the ability to work independently and build effective relationships.
