What you will do

• Define and lead the US industry, regulatory, and government affairs strategy, including advocacy roadmaps, stakeholder mapping, and engagement plans.
• Monitor, assess, and escalate political, geopolitical, and regulatory developments affecting US business, market access, and competitive position.
• Engage with senior government and institutional stakeholders, trade associations, diplomatic services, chambers of commerce, and external advisers.
• Align advocacy positions and response strategies with Business Units, Legal, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Communications.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on US regulatory priorities, strategic industry issues, and business development opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global at senior forums and translate institutional intelligence into risk mitigation, growth opportunities, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business, Law, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field; equivalent senior experience is also accepted.
• 15–20 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, regulatory affairs, industry affairs, or strategic stakeholder management.
• Proven success leading complex advocacy strategies in highly regulated environments and influencing senior government, industry, and corporate decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of the US political, regulatory, and institutional landscape, including technology, travel, digital services, and market access.
• Understanding of EU–US relations, trade, digital policy, AI, data, competition, and travel technology.
• Full professional proficiency in English required.
