Immunology Therapeutic Specialist (Immunology)

Location: Bay Shore, New York; conditions also list Buffalo, New York. The role requires travel within the assigned territory.

Salary: USD $140,000–$230,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve performance goals.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, and other stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease states, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of therapies.
• Identify and prioritize accounts across the assigned territory.
• Maintain knowledge of treatment landscapes, competitive environments, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other functions to support patient access and education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or a related field is preferred.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty sales, or related healthcare experience.
• Strong clinical acumen and the ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market.
• Experience launching a new product or indication.
• Knowledge of patient access and reimbursement pathways.
• Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, or other CRM and digital sales platforms.
• Advanced clinical degree such as PharmD, PA, or NP.
