What you will do

• Lead the integration of social media into retail marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and promotional programs.
• Develop social promotion plans covering content strategy, asset creation, activation timelines, and performance reporting.
• Lead the growth and adoption of hirify.global’s social selling program, including platform administration and measurement.
• Create frameworks, training, and best practices that help Sales teams use social media for relationship-building and prospecting.
• Own the retail social content roadmap across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage dashboards, KPI reporting, insights, governance, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or social media, including ownership of digital and social media programs.
• Experience developing and executing social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Experience using social listening, audience insights, and performance data to improve results.
• Experience partnering with Sales, field-facing teams, or advisor-focused organizations; financial services or insurance experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, creativity, project management, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience; demonstrated AI fluency is required.
