Senior Consultant, NICE CXone

Location: Remote, Austin, TX

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year; eligible for an annual incentive program.

What you will do

• Develop, test, and deliver NICE CXone software solutions and platform features.
• Design and improve contact center technologies including IVR/ACD, VoIP, email, SMS, and chat systems.
• Write and test code, conduct code reviews, resolve QA defects, and support production environments.
• Design and present projects that improve processes and the overall platform.
• Influence client leadership, shape engagement strategies, and present solution pitches and demos.
• Mentor software engineers and collaborate with system analysts, project managers, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience with NICE CXone and unified communications environments.
• 3 or more years of software development experience, including design, coding, and testing of real-time systems.
• Experience with NICE CXone, CXone Studio, enterprise CCaaS architecture, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience presenting to executive-level technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering is preferred.

Nice to have

• NICE CXone or process automation industry certifications.
• Experience as a thought leader in CX transformation, process automation, digital transformation, or omnichannel technologies.
