AI Automation Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, with in-office attendance required one day per week; candidates must live within a commutable distance.

What you will do

• Identify complex Finance business problems and implement AI-powered solutions to automate or optimize workflows.
• Work directly with Finance stakeholders and guide them in using AI for data analysis and decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain custom tools, server-side logic, system integrations, and data pipelines.
• Manage data acquisition, cleaning, preparation, and analysis for AI models and strategic finance initiatives.
• Translate Finance needs into robust technical solutions and act as a bridge to other engineering groups.
• Deliver impactful AI solutions within six months and scale them to additional teams over time.

Requirements

• Experience partnering closely with business stakeholders, preferably in Finance or business operations.
• Experience integrating systems such as REST APIs and databases, including management of related data flows.
• Strong programming skills for data acquisition, cleaning, and preparation.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms such as BigQuery or Snowflake and understanding of data modeling.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI solutions that improve team productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
