VP, Advanced Pricing and Segmentation (Property and Casualty)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, One hirify.global Plaza; the position could be filled within any of the lower 48 U.S. states

Salary: $219,750–$366,250 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Property and Casualty Finance actuarial analytics and transformation.
• Advance analytical capabilities, automation, system modernization, and pricing sophistication across Finance, Actuarial, Technology, Enterprise Data, and business teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of analytical tools, new capabilities, scalable process improvements, and decision-support solutions.
• Improve workflows, reporting, and systems to reduce complexity, increase efficiency, and accelerate decision-making.
• Influence senior leaders on priorities, investments, risks, and change adoption while overseeing strategic execution.
• Develop technical talent and lead a team of four direct reports with a total team of up to 25 actuaries and analytics professionals.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• FCAS certification required.
• Typically 10 or more years of financial experience, including 5–8 years of post-FCAS experience.
• Deep knowledge of finance and pricing processes for Property and Casualty products.
• Knowledge across a wide range of Property and Casualty products.
• Strong influence, facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, process design, project management, and change management skills.
