TL;DR
Legal Counsel (AI) (Contracts & Commercial): Drafting and negotiating AI-related service agreements and commercial contracts while supporting responsible deployment of agentic AI with an accent on data privacy, GDPR, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Focus on translating evolving AI regulations into contract guidance, advising technical and business teams, and managing complex negotiations with suppliers, partners, and customers.

Location: hirify.globalybrid Paris, France; expected in thirify.globale office 3 days a week on average

  • Draft contracts, agreements, terms, and AI-related service agreements to support deal making and revenue generation.
  • Negotiate contracts withirify.global suppliers, partners, customers, and othirify.globaler stakehirify.globalolders.
  • Provide strategic guidance on contract structures, negotiation arguments, and negotiation strategies.
  • Monitor AI-related legal and regulatory developments and translate thirify.globalem into contract adaptation guidance.
  • Partner withirify.global techirify.globalnical and business teams to support legal and regulatory compliance in AI deployments.
  • Support additional legal matters, including labor, corporate, and competition law.

  • Master’s degree in law and bar admission.
  • 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in techirify.globalnology or AI-focused environments involving contract negotiation.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and protection, including GDPR and related frameworks.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property, contract law, liability, regulatory, and compliance matters.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing environment withirify.global strong communication, adaptability, autonomy, and an international mindset.
  • Ability to work from Paris and attend thirify.globale office 3 days per week on average.
