Manager Corporate Accounting

What you will do

• Govern the global Chart of Accounts and drive simplification, standardization, and effective use across the organization.
• Review and approve general ledger account creation and maintenance with Global Master Data teams.
• Drive compliance with Corporate Accounting policies, standards, governance requirements, and global account reconciliation practices.
• Provide Corporate Accounting and Controlling expertise to finance teams, process owners, project teams, and business stakeholders worldwide.
• Support finance transformation, process harmonization, S/4HANA implementation, and business integration initiatives.
• Develop training, communication, and change management materials for new accounting processes, governance frameworks, and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Strong experience in operational accounting, financial accounting, shared services, or a related finance environment.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and global accounting best practices.
• Strong SAP FI/CO experience, including end-to-end integration across AR/AP, Asset Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Production, and Projects.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, improve processes, manage priorities, and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CPA, CIMA, or SAP FI/CO certification.
