Senior Manager, Product Management (AI)

Location: Remote; hybrid work options are also offered.

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Set product strategy and roadmaps for hirify.global Intelligence and the hirify.global Portal.
• Lead AI, NLP, automation, natural-language querying, and agentic analytics initiatives.
• Write product stories, define acceptance criteria, triage client issues, and review sprint deliverables.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Commercial, and Finance to deliver products, onboarding, provisioning, and go-to-market launches.
• Mentor and develop product managers while establishing operating rhythms and quality standards.
• Engage brand, broker, and retailer clients and manage KPIs, revenue contribution, COGS, adoption, and capacity.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in CPG or product management, including 3+ years leading PMs or cross-functional product teams.
• Experience building SaaS analytics platforms, data products, or BI solutions, ideally in CPG, retail, or market research.
• Strong knowledge of how brands, brokers, and retailers use syndicated data and analytics.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered capabilities such as NLP, workflow automation, or recommendations.
• Technical understanding of data pipelines, APIs, Snowflake, GCP, and engineering trade-offs.
• Strong communication skills and experience with Agile tools and practices such as Jira and Pendo.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, IRI/Circana, Nielsen, or similar syndicated data platforms.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic AI product design.
• Experience developing portal or platform strategies that unify multiple applications.
• Experience in a private-equity-backed or high-growth environment.
