WordPress Developer (Shopify)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a modular design system and custom Gutenberg component library from design specifications.
• Build landing page builders, modular homepage features, and structured editorial category templates.
• Implement a headless Shopify experience with product tagging inside editorial articles and checkout routing through the WordPress frontend.
• Integrate membership and contact forms with CRM lead routing and email marketing workflows using Attio and Klaviyo.
• Implement responsive interfaces, Schema.org markup, performance optimization, and analytics tracking.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with custom WordPress development using PHP 8.x, custom post types, taxonomies, and structured publishing workflows.
• Deep experience developing modular Gutenberg blocks with React and modern JavaScript for component libraries and page builders.
• Hands-on experience with headless Shopify catalog and cart integrations, product tagging, and checkout routing.
• Experience with REST APIs or GraphQL, CRM and email platform integrations, and related data flows.
• Knowledge of Schema.org, dynamic SEO tags, Core Web Vitals, GDPR, cookie compliance, Git, Composer, npm, webpack, CI/CD, and Docker, DDEV, or LocalWP.
• Upper-Intermediate English and availability to work remotely from Ukraine, Poland, or Spain.
