Special Projects Coordinator (EV Charging)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects across France and Belgium from problem definition through execution, deadlines, KPIs, and reporting.
• Manage the cable theft response project, coordinating material availability, field replacement, prefecture engagement, and police alerts and responses.
• Coordinate Local Operations, Central Operations, Product, Data, external stakeholders, public authorities, prefectures, and other CPOs.
• Establish project routines, trackers, follow-ups, dashboards, and performance reporting for senior management.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recurring issues, then turn findings into concrete improvements.
• Build processes, automations, and tools that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Native French and fluent English are required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in consulting or an operating role at a fast-growing scale-up.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to structure partnership proposals and assess their practical and commercial implications.
• Ability to work autonomously, coordinate multiple teams, experiment, and take ownership of results.
