Process & Project Manager (Compensation & Benefits)

What you will do

• Act as operational partner and Deputy to the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team.
• Coordinate annual compensation and bonus review cycles, including timelines, communications, data quality, reporting, and stakeholder actions.
• Consolidate and analyse HR and financial data; develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
• Lead compensation-related projects and improve, document, standardise, and automate operational processes.
• Coordinate long-term incentive plan administration with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support governance, risk tracking, management materials, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience.
• Background in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, Project Management, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical function.
• Experience managing complex processes involving multiple stakeholders, with strong project management and deadline discipline.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership, accountability, and commitment to process optimisation.
