Project Logistics Specialist (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate export trafficking functions and process customer export shipment orders.
• Receive, log, validate, and distribute shipment documents, including export declarations and Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate cargo availability, pickup and delivery, and the outbound movement of international freight.
• Monitor shipment status reports, verify measurement standards, and report non-conformances.
• Maintain operational tables, support accounting issues, and perform RFI/RFQ activities.
• Establish rates and services with third-party carriers and finalize billing.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in export shipment coordination, documentation, and data entry.
• Knowledge of US Customs requirements and ocean export processes.
• Ability to prepare export declarations and related Bills of Lading.
• Strong attention to accuracy, timely communication, and document compliance.
• Ability to coordinate international freight movements and work with third-party carriers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of interpreting Letters of Credit.
