Associate Account Coordinator (Medtech)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States. Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM EST; various shifts and some predetermined holidays may be required.

Hourly pay: $17.00–$22.00.

What you will do

• Process incoming fax documents and route accurate, complete files to the appropriate departments.
• Enter patient, physician, Patient Service Representative, and order information into patient accounts.
• Create patient accounts and attach required documentation, including agreements, medical orders, and clinical records.
• Contact patients or emergency contacts to obtain shipping information for LifeVest components.
• Coordinate with Patient Service Representatives and Territory Managers to retrieve valid patient agreements and resolve exceptions.
• Answer and redirect incoming calls while providing customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Ability to regularly sit and communicate by phone; occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds may be required.
