Senior Information Security Infrastructure Engineer (Security Architecture)

What you will do

• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines for security telemetry from cloud providers, SaaS platforms, identity systems, endpoints, and asset sources.
• Integrate third-party and cloud provider REST APIs, handling authentication, pagination, rate limits, concurrency, schema changes, and errors.
• Operate and maintain hirify.global Cloud on Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, capacity, shards, index lifecycle management, and cross-cluster search.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and hirify.globalsearch resources with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Develop automation such as self-healing jobs, health checks, alerts, internal CLIs, and AI-assisted operational workflows.
• Monitor data quality, backfills, schema consistency, telemetry flow, and infrastructure costs.

Requirements

• Production experience operating hirify.global and hirify.globalsearch, including ingest pipelines, index templates, mappings, queries, and cluster upgrades.
• Experience with Kubernetes workloads, scheduled jobs, Helm charts, operators, and cluster troubleshooting; ECK experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing cloud and hirify.globalsearch resources with Terraform.
• Ability to write and modify Python scripts for ingestion and automation.
• Experience using AI to accelerate development, debug complex systems, and improve operations while owning the final outcomes.
• Eligibility to work in Department of Defense Impact Level 4 or higher cloud service environments is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with cloud providers, preferably GCP, including audit and logging data.
• Knowledge of GitHub, pull-request workflows, GitHub Actions, and continuous integration.
• Knowledge of SOC operations and incident response workflows.
• Experience developing and using dashboard or visualization tools.
