Senior DevOps Engineer (French Speaker)

Location: Hybrid, based in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal, 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Administer and secure Red Hat OpenShift environments, including operators, routing, and the wider Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Design and maintain infrastructure as code with Ansible and Terraform.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins based on GitOps principles.
• Administer Linux systems on Red Hat and CentOS and apply networking and IT security practices.
• Automate operational tooling and tasks with Python, Bash, or Go to improve platform reliability.
• Lead projects end to end, mentor junior engineers, and explain complex technical topics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Advanced expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Strong experience with Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Strong Linux administration, networking, and IT security foundations.
• English proficiency at B2 level and French proficiency at B2 level.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit; available to work hybrid from Lisbon or Porto 2–3 days per week.
