Globalization Coordinator (Project-Based)

Location: Remote from Ukraine; Europe time zone preferred

What you will do

• Coordinate localization and production of Nibble and Skillsta lessons across supported languages.
• Manage workflows, dependencies, and workload distribution with Globalization, product, and linguistic teams.
• Create, maintain, and improve localization and operations guidelines.
• Coordinate quality checks for NMT- and AI-assisted localization tools.
• Oversee linguistic experts’ time tracking, support administrative workflows, and report issues.
• Identify operational gaps, support automation implementation and maintenance, and perform analytics requests using AI tools.

Requirements

• Strong project and operations management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workflows and stakeholders.
• Confident, proactive use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong working proficiency in English and at least one additional language: Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Polish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or Arabic.
• High ownership, accountability, initiative, and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Clear, respectful communication and the ability to give, receive, and act on feedback.
• Collaborative approach and cultural curiosity toward different markets and ways of working.
