Digital Technology Intern

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for technology-enabled process improvement.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support digital solutions, applications, automations, reports, and data products.
• Use data visualization, data models, databases, SQL, and automated pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
• Develop or support low-code applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Support intelligent automation, RPA, generative AI, machine learning, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Collaborate across technology and business teams on troubleshooting, documentation, access governance, cybersecurity controls, Agile delivery, and SDLC activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in using technology, data, automation, or digital solutions to solve business problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes.

Nice to have

• Experience or coursework in data analytics, visualization, reporting, data modeling, databases, SQL, or data pipelines.
• Experience with Power Platform, ServiceNow, RPA, UiPath, generative AI, machine learning, prompt engineering, or application development.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, cybersecurity, technology governance, risk, controls, Agile, SDLC, process improvement, or project management.
