What you will do
- Provide interim nursing coverage across multiple family practice sites.
- Room patients, take vital signs, triage by phone and in person, and assist providers.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines; perform point-of-care testing and handle specimens.
- Educate patients on self-management, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness.
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire Registered Nursing (RN) licensure is required.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
- Prior healthcare-setting experience is required.
- Ability to provide care in person, by telephone, and through telehealth modalities.
