What you will do

• Welcome guests and provide clear, respectful assistance throughout the vehicle repair process.
• Explain repair recommendations and present appropriate service solutions honestly and clearly.
• Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities in a high-volume environment.
• Communicate professionally by phone and build long-term customer relationships.
• Shuttle guests as needed in a branded company vehicle.
• Coordinate with the team and ensure repairs are completed to proper specifications.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive customer service, automotive service writing, advising, or sales.
• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; weekends are closed.
• Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday and occasionally lift or carry objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
