Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: 1181 Pine Plaza Drive, Apex, North Carolina, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; weekends are closed.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the complete vehicle repair process.
• Explain repair solutions clearly and present appropriate automotive services.
• Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities.
• Communicate professionally by phone and keep guests informed about vehicle status.
• Build long-term guest relationships and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
• Shuttle guests as needed and help ensure repairs meet proper specifications.

Requirements

• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Experience in automotive customer service and service sales.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Dependability and availability for the Monday–Friday schedule.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds, and maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
