Client Service Consultant

Location: Lenexa, Kansas, United States

Salary: $28.00–$29.50 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end processing for new orders, reorders, and change requests.
• Ensure accurate and timely order delivery for high-value and high-volume clients.
• Advise clients on promotional products and technology solutions as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Merchandising on non-standard proposals.
• Provide delivery updates, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and 4 years of experience, or a technical certificate and 2 years of experience.
• Four years of customer service and client consulting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of promotional products and solutions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must work in Lenexa, Kansas.
