Manager, Internal Audit (Insurance Products)

Location: Must live within commuting distance of hirify.global offices in Louisville, KY or Washington, DC

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Lead assigned audits in the Insurance Products area and execute the audit plan according to defined objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Review audit work papers, communicate findings, identify significant risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Direct audit teams in implementing test procedures and analyzing issues, data, and processes across multiple factors.
• Coach, develop, and train staff and interns while providing feedback on audit methodology and performance.
• Integrate IT and data analytics into audit activities and drive methodology improvements across projects.
• Build relationships with clients and business stakeholders while positioning Internal Audit as a trusted partner on complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 years of audit experience and at least 2 years of management experience.
• Experience facilitating and consulting across teams, managing projects, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with an understanding of process interdependencies and management-reported risks.
• Must live within commuting distance of an office in Louisville, KY or Washington, DC.

Nice to have

• CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP, or CFE certification.
• Advanced degree.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, R, or Python.
