Senior Talent Consultant (Pharma/Life Sciences): Designing strategic talent attraction and sourcing solutions for client organizations with an accent on US-market recruiting, industry expertise, candidate pipelines, and data-driven recruitment strategy. Focus on advising senior leadership, improving sourcing operations, coaching teams, and ensuring inclusive, compliant hiring across critical roles.
Location: Argentina; fully remote, with onsite attendance in Buenos Aires twice per month for candidates based there

What you will do
- Develop strategic talent attraction plans aligned with client workforce needs and business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership, HR teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors throughout sourcing and selection processes.
- Build candidate pipelines, conduct competency-based screening, and support positive candidate experiences.
- Use market research, sourcing metrics, and data analytics to improve recruitment strategies and operational effectiveness.
- Promote employer branding, inclusive hiring practices, and diverse candidate slates through market outreach and industry events.
- Act as a subject matter expert, coach team members, support onboarding, and serve as a first escalation point for sourcing issues.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of sourcing or recruiting experience supporting the US market.
- Mandatory sourcing or recruiting experience in the Pharma and/or Life Sciences industry.
- Experience sourcing across at least two industries, preferably with global sourcing exposure.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- English proficiency required. Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, automation tools, specialized sourcing methods, data analytics, and sourcing metrics.
