Web Designer (Figma/WordPress)

Location: US Remote

Annual base salary: $60,000–$75,000 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support the design and execution of marketing websites, landing pages, digital experiences, and print materials.
• Manage assigned design requests while balancing speed, quality, and changing priorities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals, user needs, content, and messaging.
• Apply established brand guidelines, website design systems, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards.
• Use provided data and user insights to support design iteration and optimization.
• Support no-code implementation and publishing in WordPress, including asset preparation and QA.

Requirements

• Working proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Foundational knowledge of web, brand, or digital design and core UI/UX principles.
• Some experience designing responsive, mobile-first marketing websites.
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, visually organized designs adapted to project and brand needs.
• Foundational skills in layout, composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Clear communication, self-motivation, accountability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to marketing or agency environments.
• Interest in collaborating with video or motion designers.
• Willingness to learn design systems and component libraries under guidance.
