Product Data Analyst II (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand products, customers, and business needs.
• Communicate analytical insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences across the organization.
• Analyze the value of new product features, enhancements, and projects with product and finance partners.
• Create customer profiles and develop metrics for pricing and monetization strategies.
• Develop AI context and evaluation models that enable stakeholders to self-serve data analysis.
• Work with engineers to build data sources and core company-wide metrics while promoting experimentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, including at least 1 year in product analytics or data science.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and understanding of data warehouse principles and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and project ownership skills.
• Ability to translate complex analytical solutions into actionable insights and communicate business impact to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work from the office 3+ days per week in the San Francisco hub.
