Product Management Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday–Thursday and work-from-home option Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Analyze usage patterns, client behavior, and performance metrics for lending products.
• Support product managers by documenting requirements, user stories, and product decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering adoption, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct market and competitive research across lending, commercial real estate, and fintech.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client success teams on feedback, feature requests, and roadmap tracking.
• Validate datasets and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product, business, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL, or willingness to develop SQL skills quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial lending, CRE, CMBS, or CLO markets.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence.
• Interest in applying AI and automation to data analysis or fintech workflows.
