Materials and Packaging Supply Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Budapest Plant, Csömör, Hungary; onsite manufacturing role.

Salary: 990,540 HUF per month, plus a 13th month salary.

Procter & Gamble operates a global consumer goods business and manufactures feminine hygiene products at its automated Budapest Plant in Csömör.

What you will do

• Identify, develop, and qualify material-related savings projects and introduce innovative materials.
• Integrate material initiatives and improvements into the production floor.
• Drive long-term material quality improvements and resolve quality outages.
• Develop and execute qualification plans for new material formulations to address supply shortages.
• Manage regional supplier responsibilities, including supplier development and line performance improvement.
• Lead technical changes, learning plans, project milestones, schedules, and priorities across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another STEM field; chemical, quality assurance, biological, or light industrial backgrounds are preferred.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
