What you will do

  • Manage technical contracts across MRO and supply chain categories, ensuring performance, compliance, and cost targets are met.
  • Support Procurement with sourcing strategies, commercial models, negotiation preparation, and pre-award activities.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs including turnaround time, on-time delivery, reliability, quality, and cost, escalating issues when required.
  • Lead performance and business reviews with MROs and repair providers while coordinating Engineering, Finance, Operations, Safety, and Material Planning stakeholders.
  • Oversee invoice validation, cost tracking, budgets, warranty claims, supplier risks, continuity planning, and AOG recovery.
  • Identify cost-saving, repair-optimization, alternative-sourcing, and compliance improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of relevant experience in aviation, technical procurement, contract management, or an MRO environment.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships, technical contracts, negotiations, and supplier performance.
  • Understanding of MRO contracts and aviation supply chain operations.
  • Working knowledge of EASA Part CAMO, Part M, and Part 145 requirements, as well as Safety Management System requirements.
  • Ability to track supplier KPIs and perform basic financial and cost analysis.
  • Fluent English in written and spoken communication; a Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.

  • Familiarity with PBH commercial models.
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and reliability concepts.
