Location: Hybrid setup from Helsinki office (3 days per week)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of new platform integrations
• Design and operate distributed, data-intensive systems and microservices at scale
• Build automation systems processing large volumes of campaign and performance data
• Develop client-facing APIs and backend services
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technical direction
• Collaborate across teams to unify channel behavior and shared patterns
• Partner with product and design to shape solutions
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering practices

Requirements

• Strong experience building and operating production systems with Node.js and TypeScript
• Solid frontend experience with React and modern web practices
• Experience designing distributed systems and asynchronous, event-driven architectures
• Proven ability to build scalable systems handling high data volumes
• Ability to own complex problems from concept to production
• Strong collaboration across teams and disciplines
• Interest in mentoring and team engineering practices
• Willingness to work in hybrid setup from Helsinki office (3 days/week)
